EVF_Builder_Settings::output_content()

Outputs the builder content.

do_action( ‘everest_forms_inline_akismet_settings’ ): Warning message if the installtion, activation and configuration are not proper.

Uses	Description
evf_is_akismet_configured() `includes/evf-core-functions.php`	Has the Akismet plugin been configured wih a valid API key?
evf_string_translation() `includes/evf-core-functions.php`	String translation function.
EVF_Builder_Settings::get_all_pages()`includes/admin/builder/class-evf-builder-settings.php`	Get all pages.
everest_forms_panel_field() `includes/admin/evf-admin-functions.php`	Outputs fields to be used on panels (settings etc).
