EVF_Admin_Addons::output()

Handles output of the addons page in admin.

Uses	Description
evf_get_license_plan() `includes/evf-core-functions.php`	Get a PRO license plan.
EVF_Admin_Addons::get_sections()`includes/admin/class-evf-admin-addons.php`	Get sections for the addons screen.
EVF_Admin_Addons::get_extension_data()`includes/admin/class-evf-admin-addons.php`	Get section content for the extensions screen.
